  I had a great experience with this store. Our sales person, Dwight, was a sweetheart who talked to us like we were old friends. I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what chair to show me. He walked us through everything, from how to work the controls, how to handle a warranty request, and how to treat the leather properly. We got a great price on the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. I would highly recommend this store, and especially recommend talking to Dwight.

  I am currently in the hospital with a broken femur. My sister went to the La-Z-Boy store to find me a "good" recliner because I'm really going to need it when I get home. The salesman and the manager were wonderful, FaceTiming me to give me information and show me the chair.
