Two days after paying for them, we decided these chairs would not work in our family room so we called to cancel our order. The first person we talked to said it should not be a problem since the chairs are still in their local warehouse but would have the manager call us later. The manager called many hours later and said we would still be responsible for shipping and processing costs which was well over $500. We will never shop at this store again since the chairs were never touched by their delivery or stock staff. We really like our other La-z-boy, so we will go elsewhere for future la-z-boy furniture purchases. Customer service is not the best at the Champaign, IL location.
