  We had a wonderful end to end experience. Toni showed us many different options and once we settled in what we wanted Toni arranged for Davia to come out to our house and take measurements to make sure everything would fit in the space we had. Later that afternoon we met Davia and Toni back at the store and they showed us what the final product would look like. We never felt pressured and the in home experience was the way to go.

  Had a great personal experience with La-Z-Boy Centennial—full time assistance in choosing our couch and loveseat. We knew basically what we wanted from on-line exploration, but were able to easily try out the comfort of each couch and the fabric options, with our sales person’s help. She was very patient during this process. We are pleased with our choices, thanks to La-Z-Boy!

  Couches, chairs and fabrics are beautiful. The recommended tables did not work in the space as advised-lack of knowledge of the product. Claimed can only offer store credit. I set up a call to discuss with the design/sales person and the finance person. They were too busy to take our call at the prearranged time. Still haven’t heard from them. Very disappointed in lack of accessibility once sale went through. Was planning on using them to help furnish our foyer, office, and loft. Not likely now.

  Tiffany and Greg were hugely helpful in helping us select a recliner. We came into the store with a particular chair in mind, and Tiffany explained there were better options for our needs and helped us select a winner. When Tiffany's shift ended and she had to leave, Greg stepped in, helped us select fabrics, and close the sale. We were very satisfied with their service.

  Bayardo & Fernando did an amazing job on the delivery of our sofa sleeper. It went into the basement and they really “handle with care” the sofa and make sure everything is perfect and we were happy before we left! Excellent service, thank you both very much for an excellent job! This is our second sofa/sleeper from La-Z-Boy Centennial and we really appreciate their selection and mattress options. Our 1st one was air mattress for the frequently used sofa/bed, this one is the standard mattress.
