  You have a very nice store! Both ladies were very accommodating, I have mobility issues. Worked to help me fine the best fabric for my recliner.

  The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They guided me in my price range and gave me advice about things I wouldn't have even thought of, such as different models of chairs being better suited to people of different heights and sizes. Will definitely shop here again in the future.

  I was welcomed when I walked in and was led to products I was interested in. I was given choices and not pushed to something I didn't want. Options were given to me to make my decision. Thank you for great service.

  After searching several other furniture stores and getting nowhere, I happened upon the Lazyboy Furniture Store in Cedar Rapids. First met by Brian who went to great lengths to help me find a sofa with a chaise and chair. He then suggested I have Kim come out to our new build and help me and I’m so glad I did this! Kim was wonderful to work with…she came all prepared with samples and ideas and took measurements. A couple of days later I went to the store again and Brian and Kim sat down with me and I was so happy with the choices picked for me!! I am one happy Lazyboy customer!! I know I will get top quality and it will all look wonderful!! So excited to get this done and it all went so smoothly!! Thank you Brian and Kim!!
