After he directed us to the area in the store where we could look over the furniture, he left us alone to shop. This allowed us time to look at different styles, and fabrics, as well as to sit in the different chairs. He would check in periodically to make certain we had everything we needed and to a answer questions. He did not bother us, nor did he try to pressure us to purchase anything. We were so surprised in a good way to discover a salesman who understands good customer service. He was outstanding.

I have issues with the recliner, losing its color and sent pictures to the extended warranty guardian only to receive a letter stating that it was denied. I would say today buyers we were.
