  Had a wonderful purchase experience with La-Z-Boy in Cary, NC. Rich was our sales rep and did a wonderful job of educating us on all of the many options La-Z-Boy offers. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and not pushy. The interior designer was also very helpful and gave us some great tips on choosing color options. We'd highly recommend this store.

  Kyle at La Z Boy in Cary was very helpful. He listened to my needs, showed me the different selections, at different price ranges.. He was very knowledgeable about the La Z Boy product !!! I'm looking forward to another great delivery experience in a few weeks !!

  I had an excellent shopping experience at my La-Z-Boy. I always take a long time to make a decision, going back multiple time, to look at the pieces but each time there was no pressure to purchase, only courteous and attentive service. When I was finally ready to purchase, Kyle was there to smoothly handle the purchase and arrange delivery. Thank you.

  Carl was informative and answered all of our questions. He helped me narrow down my selection to three recliners that fit my needs. The quality of the components also just feel nicer and more durable than other furniture stores I have visited. I'll definitely be returning to Lay-Z-Boy for furniture in the future.

  We have been living with a very uncomfortable sofa for a few years and decided to check out La-Z-Boy since they are known for their comfort. Gabi and Carl took the time we needed to help us make the correct furniture decisions for our home. The two of them were very professional and knowledgeable in guiding us throughout the process. They came to the house with fabric and rug samples, took measurements and gave honest opinions. After the home visit we met with Gabi for a visual presentation to show us what our selections would look like in our space. Carl walked us through the purchasing procedure. We are very happy with choosing La-Z-Boy and now can’t wait for our furniture and rug to be delivered.
