La-Z-Boy was highly recommended as a place to visit, and I did. I was greeted by staff who were friendly and attentive. I never felt pressured or anxious. I informed, Michael, my primary salesman of my needs and desire for a recliner, including my financial constraints. He was able to provide me with quality choices and many options available in each recliner of my interest. Eventually I was able to choose and purchase a one that is "my own." My initial fear of the "daunting task " of buying furniture was made easier by the educated and helpful staff at La-Z-Boy. Finally, I was impressed by the men who delivered the recliner to my apartment. They assembled, reviewed the operation of the recliner and provided contact information if any concerns arose. The only clue that delivery men were at my apartment was "my own" recliner is in it.

We were looking for a recliner for my 81-year-old husband. Judy was a great help in guiding us to chairs she thought would be a good fit for him, and talked about features like the firmness, and those with a power remote and lift. She even dragged over a “tall base”, so he could see how a higher chair worked for him. Since we needed a chair as soon as possible, Judy went out of her way to check what was is in their Ohio warehouse, that might meet our needs. We very much appreciated ALL her help!
