We really like our new sofa and loveseat. There was a lot of quality furniture to choose from. Our sales person Michelle was also great, and helped with picking out fabric and discussing different options with us. I would give our experience at Lazy boy a 6 out of 5 if I could!!

I’m so excited to get our new furniture. We were greeted by karen, who could not have been more helpful. She pointed my husband and I in the right direction. When my husband tried a recliner she saw it wasn’t the right fit and pointed to a different one. That’s the one we bought! After she helped me find a new sofa and chair for our family room. All in all the entire experience was excellent! I’m already looking forward to relaxing in front of the fireplace. And yes, I got the protection plans in case there are any wine mishaps.

BUYER BEWARE, THEY CHARGE $165 an hour PLUS SHIPPING COSTS FOR REPAIRS AFTER 1 year!! They won’t tell you this in the store!
I ordered a couch, two recliners, coffee and end tables a few weeks ago from salesperson Michelle in the Brick location. I happened to be at my mother’s house when she had an issue with a recliner she bought from them 3 years ago. She was told she would have to pay $165 an hour for labor plus shipping for any parts that are needed. She was never told this at time of purchase and I was never told this when I ordered my furniture.
In fact, I called and asked Michelle if anything were to go wrong would I have to pay a service fee for them to come out to fix it. She said “no, it would be covered under warranty”. To be purposely deceptive to a customer is horrendous. I tried to cancel my order after learning about this high hourly rate only to be called back by the store manager, Denise, who said it’s past the three days they allow for cancellation even though what I ordered isn’t even a special order. I told her I specifically asked if there were any fees for repairs and was told no, but she said she has to believe her staff over customers. I told her to listen to our conversation since they must record their calls but she said calls aren’t recorded. She said that’s their fees fluctuate so they don’t tell customers what the fees are but they tell them they are responsible for labor. Nor I, nor my mother who ordered at two separate times were told about ANY LABOR FEES.

My wife and I are repeat customers at La-Z-Boy Brick. Yes, their recliners are a great product; and yes, Cynthia is an outstanding salesperson She's professional and knows her product; but she's also personable and patient. It's easy to quickly get comfortable talking to Cynthia. However, for me my La-Z-Boy recliners have been the center of cherished memories with our grandchildren. Since the age of 2 or 3, there often would be 2 or more giggling kids climbing into my recliner with me to watch a video. That chair not only stood up; it stood out as a well built and durable product. Thank you Cynthia and La-Z-Boy for another pleasant shopping experience for a recliner that is so much more to me than just a chair.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia at the Brick Lazy Boy. She was incredibly helpful in selecting our living room sectional and a sofa for small office/tv room. She was very knowledgable about the construction and fabrication of the products, and helped with the design aspect of our rooms. She was professional and friendly and there was no pressure to purchase. She believes in the quality of Lazy Boy products and she's so lovable, you want to buy from her. Overall, everyone there was quite lovely and the atmosphere is low key, no high pressure. Highly recommend!
