We actually were on our way to have me look at what she had picked out at another establishment. Driving into town she mentioned LAZY-BOY, that she never went there, I said "let's go check it out before we head to the other establishment". We were greeted by Colleen with kindness and warmth, she has such a warm personality. She also knows her business. I immediately went in and tried a chair out, very comfortable. Colleen mentioned that chair is a little small for you, try this one. I fit much better with her choice. She helped with design and coordination with colors while allowing a no pressure choice. We ended up buying our entire living room furniture with Colleen. Also, her GM saved us money on delivery. Fantastic store, while all the sales people seemed pleasant, I'd ask for Colleen.
