Found the chair that fit and it was a "Hot Deal"; made the decision quicker. The Salesperson was very patient, not pushy, and very helpful.

The whole team has been great right from the measuring, picking styles and fabrics, ordering and delivery. VERY knowledgeable and competent folks. We may never get out of our recliners!

We purchased a Brooks Reclining Loveseat and had to have it picked up since we're "outside the service area." This cost $400. Within a few months, the right side of the loveseat started caving in toward the middle. The repair was under warranty, but being outside the service area, we had to pay $400 to have it taken to the repair center in Tualatin, and $400 to have it returned. Once again, within a few months, the same problem occurred. I was told this morning that La-Z-Boy would make no consideration for the same repair being required within the time of the one-year-warranty. I wish there was a "lemon law" for furniture the way there is for cars, since we could very well pay another $800 to transport this loveseat to and from the repair center, and then it would be out of warranty the next time it breaks down. We have La-Z-Boy recliners that have lasted 15 and 20 years without the slightest problem, so I'm sad to say the quality they turn out is just not what it was. If you decide to shop there, be sure you know all the ins and outs of what you're getting involved in before you commit, since the store has no interest in keeping customers happy.
