- PSPaul SSep 17, 20251.0La-Z-Boy will not help you find parts. They say they will, but after you give them the part number they never get back to you no matter how many times you message or call. The only option is to buy another chair.
- ASAli ScurlockJun 30, 20251.0The “lifetime warranty” is great except labor is $175 an hour for a $1200 chair. A year after we bought the recliner the frame broke and it’s a small lady sitting in it. CHEAP furniture for an astronomical price.
