  I knew I wanted a gray recliner and Angelica expertly helped me find one that was a good fit for me. I am waiting for it to be delivered to the local store so I will add photos later, possibly.

  This was our first time shopping at a Lazyboy store. We were welcomed and educated in the features and quality that Lazyboy stands for. I was so impressed with the price for the quality. This was a great experience and we will be back.

  Do not purchase here if you want a service contract. That company is either a scam or impossible to reach. I sat on the phone on hold for 30 min. They said to leave a # & they would call me back, within FIVE DAYS. Website error said site does not exist. 😡 I paid extra for this service.

  Outstanding products. Comfort, beauty and durability has been the watchword on all my La-Z-Boy purchases. The consultants at the Appleton store were great assisting me on matching my new La-Z-Boy purchase to my current decor. They Even built a floor plan diagram that showed where furniture would fit best. They gave me a copy which helped. Completing the transaction and receiving delivery was challenging. They had the wrong phone number and still have Marie instead of Mary as my first name On their documents. Scheduling delivery was left up to me even though promises were made. The good news is when calling the La-Z-Boy office. The manager helps straighten things out, and the delivery was smooth after that For the first item. I am waiting on delivery of the sofa next week, but expect no further issues. Highly recommend the La-Z-Boy team and products to all. Just make sure you’re involved in delivery date, confirmations
