  Megan was our sales associate and she was great. She was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted/ needed, gave us the time we needed to not only decide, but to make the deal happen. Delivery went just as smoothly from the text alerts to arrival. Both Oscar and Joaquin were professional, courteous, friendly and careful. They set the chair up, reviewed the system , showed us all the features , and placed the chair in its optimum position. Perfect!

  Found my sales person to be perfect he showed me what I wanted, had me try other chairs but left me alone to look about. When I narrowed it down to two he talked about the two, the difference between them and then left me to walk and set in the two several times before asking if I needed anything else.

  Besides the comfort and reputation for durability La-z boy furniture offers it is the people who work. They go above and beyond. We were greeted by Dragon, the salesman and he could tell we needed a bit of guidance and set up with an appointment with a designer. Her name is Leonie. She is just amazing! She is detailed and learns your style and works to give you the perfect room you are looking for! She is just wonderful!

  I do not like to shop for furniture because I find it to be very stressful. My experience at the La-Z-Boy store in Annapolis was anything but stressful, it was very pleasant!! Everyone worked together as a team which was super helpful, and the whole team was HAPPY to help, which made all the difference. I especially appreciated the design help! Very well-deserved five stars!

  We recently shopped at La-Z-Boy Annapolis. What impressed us upon entering the store, was after being greeted by a salesperson, we felt at ease to look around and not have someone following us around. When we had questions, we had someone to ask which was very helpful. We never felt pressured to make decisions or purchase. We found the staff to be friendly and very knowledgeable with offering suggestions to what we were looking for. Overall a pleasant experience and we found exactly what we wanted.
