I replied that I was a lifelong La-Z-Boy owner and I wanted a new chair with electric drive and in leather like my 15-year-old manual chair for tall recliners. He showed me those recliners. I tested a nice brown leather (similar to my manual) electric remote-controlled recliner. Taylor quoted the prices of the two finalists and commented on the difference between the two (very informative and helpful). I made my decision based on his advice and my budget and my tastes for brown color. Within only 30 minutes in the store at the Allen Outlets location, I had found and purchased my new favorite recliner. Tyler even suggested I donate the chair being replaced to a Veterans "chairity" (pun intended). His composure, knowledge, and expression with the customer will have me be a future customer Furthermore, I will recommend my friends to the La-Z-Boy products at this location and especially to see Tyler Sparks. This was my best experience today after a long day shopping for various things around Allen, Fairview, and Plano. Photo is the 15yr old Manual Chair I match with an electric powered recliner.
