  We love La-Z-Boy! This was our 2 time purchasing at the Algonquin store. Wendy listened to my needs in purchasing a new chair. We weren't planning on buying that day, but she walked me to the first chair which I liked, but my legs didn't go up high enough. I had said that I didn't want a rocker, but she asked me just to try another chair that is a rocker and is automatic. It fit perfect and the rocker made it easier for me to get out of the chair. Using the automatic device gave me the perfect setting for my neck/head. The cream ontop we were able to purchase the chair in the blueberry leather to match my husband's chair. Amazing that Wendy directed us to 2 chairs the first ok, but the 2nd was perfect. Due to a prior experience with Wendy, where we couldn't buy at that time, we knew we wanted to work with her, as I was very impressed with her knowledge and sales manner. Thank you Wendy and La-Z-Boy❤️!

  Kelly greeted me and made me right at home. No pressure. She knows how to fit a customer to the Lazy Boy sofa. My grandson and I range from 5'2 to 5'9. We chose the Brooks non powered recliner and love the comfort. Will ask for Kelly again. Delivery was simple. The gentlemen called when they were at my door and I could track them. Took my old sofa to the garage and delivered mine in 10 minutes total. Excellent service.

  I loved the large selection of furniture to pick from. Unlimited fabrics and colors choices to choose from. My lazyboy power recliner has to be the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat and reclined in. When I first sat in it my butt told me this was the recliner for me. Sheer comfort! The salesmen Nathaniel Rodriguez at the Algonquin IL store was such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I was on a budget and got a great price on my Trouper Power Recliner and Sofa. Algonquin Lazyboy price matching to the much cheaper Home Makers (on line) prices made it possible to buy both pieces. I recommend Home Makers for the cheapest prices and savings. Very pleased I saved $1,920 for both pieces. Lucky to find my recliner in stock my couch will be delivered in 4-6 weeks made to order. I highly recommend Layzboy and salesmen Nathaniel will take good care of you. 😊 Debbie King
