  Rude employees, barking tones, and interrupting speech patterns. Music selection was solid and not abusive to the ears unlike employees on the floor.

  Shopping for furniture is not our favorite outing, and we dreaded going out to look for a couple of new recliners yesterday. But we went to the nearby La-Z-Boy store in Kingstowne, VA and had a great experience. Sales Associate Monica Selcik greeted us at the door and listened carefully to our wants and needs before showing us around. She also brought up some very helpful points we had not considered before going in. She then showed a variety of recliners that best met our needs and we made our choice. The bottom line is that we felt no pressure, considered the price to be very reasonable, signed our order, and walked out of the store feeling very good about the whole experience! We highly recommend this store!

  Purchased a recliner at the Kingstowne store. The sales staff was very helpful and attentive. I was very satisfied with the service and ended up ordering a recliner with the options that I needed. Would highly recommend this store.

  We had planned to stop at La-Z-Boy then go on to another furniture store but we had no reason to make the second stop after our experience with La-Z-Boy and its representatives. We were greeted warmly when we arrived, allowed to wander around and get the lay of the place, then a sales person approached us to ask if we needed any help. We explained what we were looking for, what we liked -- and she asked what we didn't like. She then took us to pieces of furniture she thought might work for us and we decided on 2 recliners and the assistance of a designer. The designer came to our house, took a 360 degree photo of our room and asked what we wanted to keep and what could go. We visited later to see the computer images she put together and we were thrilled -- my husband especially liked the 360 degree program where he could see our choices in situ. We updated our family room with Suzanne's help and everyone is thrilled with our new look!
