  This was our 3rd Lazy Boy purchase. The first 2 were seamless from start to finish. Not sure how the 3rd will turn out. Some mistakes in the initial paperwork and we had to make an additional trip in to sign something that was left out. The chairs arrived with some minor flaws and the delivery guys said they would submit a tech request to get them fixed. Never heard from them. When I called the person who answered said a request was never submitted. She couldn't see anything wrong in the photos the delivery crew submitted. I had to send more or they wouldn't schedule a tech visit. She was borderline rude. Sent the pictures and got a response that they would get back to me. Nothing yet. I expected better service from Lazy Boy. Won't shop there again.

  I am beyond frustrated with La-Z-Boy. This was our first time going in, we were welcomed and helped the ladies did great! The frustration comes soon after we place our order, they said our furniture would be delivered within 4-6 weeks. It literally took 6 weeks!! Before the furniture was delivered we did receive a call and they let us know that some of out pieces were incomplete so we would only be receiving some of our order. So I reached out to see how long that would take, they told me they would order it and it will be 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass they “set up” the date and of course we received the call that our furniture could not be delivered, didn’t get an explanation as of why. The following week our sales representative reached out and let us know everything was ready to be delivered we set up the date, I finally felt relieved like this has to be it! Well… NO call NO show AGAIN!! WHAT??? This is ridiculous. It’s extremely frustrating, we recently purchased our home and need our dining table complete!! We are unable to sit together as a family because we don’t have our furniture complete!

  I had a couple things to say about some employees. The first time I got furniture delivered by Erik and John the were supper friendly and cautious about how to bring things in without damage and set it up perfectly. 💪🏼 The second time Abe and Randal came and set up they didn’t hesitate when I asked them to modify the furniture. They were supper friendly and informative super helpful. I recommend this place for business. Well done gentlemen 👍🏽

  Teresa was fabulous! We changed our minds several times in the process and she was kind and extremely helpful! All the employees worked seamlessly together to get us to the finish line with EXACTLY what we wanted. Thank you all for a very positive experience which was actually years in the making!! We are both totally satisfied.

  We were interested in looking at a certain type of chair, but had no intention of buying one at that time. Will was excellent. He knew the inventory, and he listened to us, so no time was wasted looking at items that did not meet our needs. He was personable and honest and in no way pushy. Due mainly to his assistance, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Not only did we immediately purchase the item, but we also felt completely knowledgeable and comfortable in doing so.
