I was missing an earring back, and these earrings mean everything to me. I also needed my trinity ring, which has three types of gold, to be dipped and that could not be done. However, he cleaned it complimentary. The store employees were incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for repairs or your jewelry needs.
