    Una experiencia muy agradable en todos los aspectos. La Gerente Adriana fue fantástica ayudándome a coordinar el menú y otros detalles para la celebración de los 80 años de mi suegra! Tuvimos sesiones de palabras de celebración mi hijo tocó cumpleaños feliz en su trompeta y Adriana se aseguró de que la música de ambiente nos permitiera disfrutar de esas actividades especiales. Adriana presenta excelente disposición y buen tiempo de respuesta manteniendo una aptitud cordial y flexible y demostró entender mis preocupaciones trabajando en armar este evento desde Carolina del Norte. Nuestra mesonera María José, igualmente se esmeró en servir a mi familia de 30 personas puntualmente y con una sonrisa durante las 3 horas que atuvimos allí. Altamente recomiendo la Fontana para celebrar tu ocasión especial con buen servicio, rica cocina y gran ambiente.

    I made a reservation via open table for 3 for inside. When i get to the restaurant they told me there was nothing inside only outside. I looked in and the restaurant was empty more than 10 tables available. The hostess was rude she left us outside waiting and another guy comes out also rude. Got my phone to see how I made the reservations mind you they saw my name on their iPad. This is the second time I have issues with this restaurant. Prior to this event we also went with reservations and sat at the bar to wait and have a drink. They never called us to be seated. We ended up ordering at the bar the food. After an hour and a half the waiter at the bar forgot to put our food order. We left without eating. You guys need to do better!!!!! Luckily we ended up eating at an amazing other Italian restaurant called Divieto Restaurant not only was the service amazing but the food is excellent!!!! Thanks to La Fontana lack of professionalism and lack of service we found our new Italian restaurant.

    I do feel bad leaving 3 stars as I understand restaurant work hard to make things work as well as the servers work very hard however I feel I need to say this so others know. I did feel the food was overpriced for what was offered. I ordered a pizza but it was a bit cold, slightly warm, but it did feel like it had been sitting out. Now I don't know if that was the case but it did not feel fresh. It didn't really taste like much either. My husband got the risotto which was much much better but I still left feeling unimpressed. We sat outdoors and personally the outdoor and indoor sitting is very different. That was on me because I choose outside as there was a inside wait. But the indoor decor is 10 times nicer. Server was very attentive though and I appreciate it. He did pack our leftovers for us and was very kind as we didn't know what we were ordering since it was our first time. All and all I will not back as the food itself did not meet my expectations. But if you want to give this place a try then by all means you might like it.

    Estuvimos anoche celebrando el cumpleaños de mi esposo . La reserva era para 15 personas y realmente fuimos 30 . La atención de la persona a cargo fue excelente que nos supo acomodar a todos . Es decir el manager, al igual que la del mesero que nos atendió Carlos . Fue muy paciente, amable y atento. Con una actitud muy positiva todos fuimos atendidos con un servicio excelente . Quiero agradecer a todos y en especial a Carlos . Muchas gracias y recomiendo este sitio siempre porque realmente la pasamos maravillosamente bien . Fueron muy pacientes y atentos . Gracias mil .

    No puedo calificar el dia de hoy aunque sé que sus platos son exquisitos, si dejo mi experiencia de hoy no se como puedes tener un manager"" o un anfitrion no se que era quien apenas sale ve como una tragedia que estemos con una mascota e inmediatamente empiece a pomer excusas y una de ellas cuando le digo que no se preocupara que veniamos a la terraza (MISMITA TERRAZA A LA QUE HEMOS IDO VARIAS OCACIONES DE DOMINGO Y CON MI MACOTA) y me dice que la terraza no la abren de Domingo...... e inmediatmente palabras textuales; solo recibimos de forma obligada por ley mascotas de servicio no de apoyo emocional, Sé que quizas ni les importa un comentario pero pienso que alguien que esta al servicio y atencion debe buscar las formas de recibir y generar un ingreso masssssss no ser negativos pero bueeeeeé, quizas no pensemos en una venta mas pero un cliente recurrente menos
