- RERenee EllisSep 19, 20251.0Very rude and unprofessional staff! So much neglect. I honestly don't know how or why this facility is still operating. So much needs to be investigated! I would have given no stars but that wasn't an option. One can only hope that an investigation will be done as soon as possible!

- NNNope NopeJul 14, 20251.0Would give 0 stars if could. They ignore when patient is depressed. No mental health help what so ever. Told me wrong hospital when sent husband to ER. Don't answer their phones. Refuse to file complaints when try. Rude when family calls with issues. Remove family from file without talking to patient. Don't update family on anything. They are a joke. Don't send loved one there if want them to actually get care.
