  5 stars not just for the excellent customer service and personable, friendly technicians but because they may have saved my family's life. I had just recently purchased my home and after the winter was through, decided to switch suppliers. The technicians came out and informed me the line passing through the concrete wall was no longer to code and had to be changed out. This being a task I could DIY, I started to search the crawl space for where the line entered through the wall. This was the first time I had been in this crawl space. In the northwest corner, where I expected to find the incoming propane line, I smelled the unforgettable stench of propane... eventually I found a leak, nowhere close to the line coming into the house. A split in a flair nut was leaking. Not enough to cause issues with the appliances but enough to very dangerous. I later showed the technician, and he confirmed it had been leaking for quite some time. If they had not been the keen professionals they are, there is a non-zero chance i could have had a fire or much worse. Thank you to the team at LA Bexton.

  Have to cancel an order, no one answers the phones and the email is defunct. Ripped off again.
