Kym has over 23 years of real estate experience with Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.’s. Specializing in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana she always knew her purpose was to help others achieve their goals. She started working in sales at her family business when she was 10 yrs old, by age 15 she was waitressing while earning her LPN degree and by age 19 she worked in pediatrics & the NICU with critical babies. She knew she wanted to do more to help others so in 1996 she started working by day as a realtor and soon Kyms passion and love for Real Estate and all the amazing people she met won her over she had found her calling. Kyms devoted to helping her customers and clients buy and sell their homes, land, business, investments property and more. This Process of buying our first home was so horrible dealing with her and our builder Gary Donaldson. More so her, it really made our home buying experience Traumatizing. And not only was it poor Communication on her part but, lack of reading contracts. We have to fight tooth and nail to get in our house. They Offers our money back Several times after we went under contract because they could get more money for the house. We also had to pay thousands of dollars because of their negligence. I wouldn’t Recommend her to anyone. If you Personally know us then you know that we are fair people but the experience was so horrible. I shed so many tears over this house, that was supposed to take two months but then prolonging it took almost 8 months. We had to extend our contract So many times that our contract was about to expire in 3 day if we didn’t sign. I’m glad someone got good Experience dealing with her. We didn’t. Run
