  Had an existing home policy with them for the past 3 years, had them give me a quote for a new policy this year and switched based on their quote only to have my rate increased because they provided the wrong information. It was an existing policy - the garage did not attach itself to the house in the past three years. They then tried to gaslight me by saying I was saving money on the auto policy I dropped from full coverage to liability. You never deal with the same person twice, which may be half their problem. I found insurance elsewhere and am happy to not deal with their incompetence anymore. Highly recommend you consider other agents as well.

  I missed the notice that my old Insurance was going up $50 a month. That is a serious increase! I called Kyler Moore and spoke to Heather Linville. Within a couple hours, Heather found us a much better rate with a very reputable company, and saved us about $40 a month. Less than 24 hours later, she had produced all documents to cancel our old insurance and get us signed up with our new company. Outstanding service!! Timely and Professional, Thank you Heather!!

  I gained a lot of respect for this company when THEY pointed out that I could save some money. They did all the work I just signed and saved money. If you want an honest insurance company Kyler Moore is the way to go.
