  Flavors are just on point and stuck to my taste buds!! Definitely worth the time being there , premium ice cream store with an excellent ambience and the staff oh my god! They are the best at service!…..

  The taste is great—no complaints there—but the quantity doesn’t justify the price. When you’re competing with local brands, you need to offer better value, not smaller scoops. The flavor easily meets expectations, but the portion size falls short. Kwality could definitely do better if they want to stay competitive.

  Delicious! So happy that we have this as an option in Norwood now. They were great about offering several samples. A lot of Indian flavors, but also plenty of American ones. This will definitely be a dessert tradition when I get Indian food for dinner.

  I used to visit a lot when i was in Dallas, especially the Irving branch of Kwality. Now having the same franchise in MA, with amazing staff who are excited to share samplers of each flavor they have in store! Oh no, how will i resist?

  We we're lucky to wander in on the opening day! The staff was over the top friendly and eager to share lots of free samples. So many unique Indian flavors. There were also all the traditional favorites. I had strawberry and took home a quart of Mango. I wish this new business lots of success!
