  I stopped by Kum & Go late one night, and I had a mostly great experience. The young man working the counter—who, I must say, was an absolute sexy muffin—provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Even wishing me a happy holidays! The only downside to my visit was the excessively loud music in the store. It was hard to hear him over the noise, which was especially challenging because my hearing aids are sensitive. When I asked if he could turn it down, he explained that the volume knob doesn’t work and only management is allowed to adjust it. Unfortunately, there are no managers on duty during the night shift, so he wasn’t able to fix the issue. While I completely understand that this was out of his control, it’s a bit frustrating that something so simple can’t be resolved without management present. I hope the store addresses this to improve the nighttime customer experience. Despite that hiccup, I was impressed by the service and the dedication of the cashier. His charm and professionalism definitely made my visit worthwhile. I’ll definitely be back!

  I posted recently about love truck stop and right across the street at Kum & go it's even worse. Come and go on Hickman. You sell Zen nicotine pouches for $8.75 nowhere in Des Moines are Zen nicotine pouches sold for $8.75 The highest they are sold anywhere in Polk county is $6.99 you guys should be absolutely ashamed of yourself you are already The largest convenience store chain in the Midwest as well as I believe the nation and you still find it necessary to gouge people that bad shame on you

  I was assisted by Brad, he was genuine and nice, even in his boss Nicole seem to understand the situation. In every way the establishment was well run. I would hope that every Kum & Go was staffed the same way.
