I called a week ago to have a vehicle remote from my policy which still hasn't been. I spoke with that young girl that answers the phone. Apparently she didn't make notes on my account. Because she asking me the same questions. I think I need to reevaluate this, you might not be the agent for us. Being that we are not being service accordingly.

As a perfect. I need more time to purchase another vehicle. Yalls adjuster didn't come out for almost 3 weeks. As a matter of I had to go to the agency on Front Street and inquire about the delay. I need more time with rental. I'm thinking if can't find what I want in this time frame. Please consider.
