I have had the pleasure of working with Kris Kelson and her stunning State Farm team here in San Anselmo CA for the past 10 years. We began discussions about opening a new restaurant in 2015. Kris was helpful in explaining what our best coverage would be in the short and long run, plus great worker's comp rates as we navigated the start-up. Since our actual opening in 2017, Kris has always been responsive and solution oriented. On a deadline, we recently had to update info on our second location (Yes, also covered by State Farm) and needed a policy update and an Additionally Insured add-on in a very short timeline. Kris and her team took over my State Farm account when my long time state farm agent retired a number of years ago. They are thorough, quick to respond, and are great about helping me consider my options.
