I have to say I am rather impressed by the staff of Kreg Kell. Being transparent, I have not purchased insurance for myself in my 40+ years of age (spouse handled) and after conversing with Mr. Reginald Chase, he made me feel comfortable to give StateFarm an option. Upon going to this location, I had a great experience working with Shannon Danda, who patiently answered all of my questions pertaining to coverages and gave a multitude of self help options. Having such an experience where I felt not only just respected, but working with kind professionals that were knowledgeable and still able to make a joke, I would highly recommend a visit.
