  I work the Kramer Heating regularly on new homes and remodel projects. They're very professional and timely with open communication and knowledge of the equipment they use find solutions to all problems that come their way.

  John and his team did an amazing job. Relocated condenser, installed new units (both furnace and AC) in a single day. Work was clean and efficient. I had noticed that one of the line sets was sticking out and mentioned it to the crew. They adjusted it without any complaints. Great work and would use again.

  Called Kramer, as a new customer, when my furnace did not start. A repair technician was at my home in 24 hours, immediately determining the problem. He picked up the part and I was up and running! John was very courteous as was the technician. Highly recommend.
