Working with Kozlak-Radulovich very recently for planning my father’s celebration of life, took all the confusion, uncertainty and stress off during what was a very emotional and trying time. Things we hadn’t even thought about were simply just taken care of by them. Nothing went unnoticed or taken care of. I even remember saying to Danielle “I don’t feel like I am doing anything…!” We still helped assist in the process and planning each step of the way. However, their amazing efforts and supports gave me and my siblings the time we needed to be with each other and tend to other tasks that needed to be completed. From start to finish, Kozlak-Radulovich was right there each step. I cannot begin to thank Kozlak-Radulovich enough for taking care of my siblings and I and helping navigate through what could have and never resulted in turbulent waters. An amazing job well done on their part!

I only have good things to say about the staff here. They go above and beyond and really pay attention to the details and making sure everything ran smoothly.

In the hour meeting discussion she understood exactly what we wanted, who our loved one was and completely surpassed our expectations at the service. She was always there to answer questions and help in anyway possible. When we showed up at our mom’s celebration of life we were touched by all the personal touches she added. We provided the pictures and they made the video. She blew up photos, purchased the flowers, the program, but also other personal cards and the guest book was a photo book. Even the thank you cards were better than expected. I’m sure I am missing other details they did. People who attended are still talking about what a beautiful service it was and the little touches. We are now starting to pre-plan other family members. They make it easy and as painless as possible, yet make you feel like family at the same time. They truly care about us and our loved ones. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for us.
