Called Thursday to set up a delivery, denying emergency delivery, where my order was supposedly ticketed. Called back Saturday to confirm (after hours) where I was offered emergency delivery, which I denied, when I thereafter was referred to the on-call associate, who offered me emergency delivery, which I denied. Assuming it was all for a go, and that I would receive my delivery on Tuesday (Tuesday/Thursday deliveries for my area) I did not receive the delivery Tuesday. After not receiving a delivery that next Thursday, I called again and it is now supposedly ticketed to be delivered Tuesday.
"Judy" seems to be the only competent worker I have communicated with at this business, and she was quite helpful, but there was way too much hassle involved with getting a simple oil delivery.
