  Following the inspection and purchase of our new home, Koontz replaced our roof. Nate was a great communicator and kept me informed of each step of the process. The old roof was removed and the entire roof was replaced in one day. Following the replacement Nate even completed the form that was required to get a lower premium on my homeowners insurance. I would highly recommend Koontz for all your roofing needs, you won't be disappointed.

  Koontz Roofing replaced a broken skylight. Besides the skylight they diagnosed a leak in another location. Very professional from the initial estimate where they spent ample time inspecting the flashing and transition from one roof to a flat roof. James was a careful craftsman. His cleanup was complete to a high standard.

  Had competent friendly treatment from start to finish, from Cara on the telephone, to Phillip (I believe) who did made the bid on gutter removal and replacement with 6" new gutters, the crew who listened to my concerns patiently and worked knowledgeably and carefully, and the follow-up calls to take care of last minute details. The work was completed on time, for the exact price quoted on the bid, despite the need to make a couple follow-up trips, I would recommend Koontz happily and wholeheartedly to anyone asking. Bravo!

  From beginning to end our experience with Koontz Roofing & Construction was top notch! Nate did a great job of explaining our options and the benefits of each roofing shingle option. The construction crew was an absolute delight! In two days our old roof was removed, new roof put on, and the yard was impeccable after they completed clean up. After the roof was done, Cara, the office manager, was quick to complete a form for our insurance agent. Highly recommend Koontz! We will use this company again.
