  This place doesn't even deserve a star they should get negative 10 stars for the unprofessionalism!! We booked this place for a 5 year olds birthday party and 20 minutes before they were supposed to show up they send an email with an excuse and offered to come out to our home the following weekend to make it up to the birthday girl as she was CRUSHED they didn't show up for her party!! Here we are today they were supposed to show up and got an email 5 minutes before they were supposed to show again with an excuse they aren't coming!! ONCE AGAIN BROKE THIS KIDS HEART!! She was so excited! Save your money and your child's feelings from being hurt as they do NOT commit to their scheduled events! Super unprofessional you all just need to stop booking events and close business. I will be letting everyone know not to use this slum place! Also pick the phone up and be an adult to say your not coming instead of hiding behind your whack email!

  Do NOT recommend. I hired RJ /Kool Beans to do a balloon arch for my daughter’s bridal shower. We asked for a full arch and provided pictures of what we wanted, we also rented a peacock chair. He quoted us $475. Fast forward to the day of the shower and he shows up with a half arch, that looks nothing like the pictures we provided, and the chair. Now I fully understand that when you provide a picture you can’t expect a replica and what he did provide was cute, but not what we paid for. When I questioned him at the shower he said we paid for a half arch and that the chair also had a delivery charge that he did not tell us about. I brought up the email exchange that showed he was incorrect. He said he must have read it wrong and that there was nothing he could do. I followed up with him by calling and emailing and he indicated he would call me the following day (which he did not). I emailed him 3 days later and asked him to call me and he responded with an email that just said “$350 for half arch, $75 for chair and $35 delivery fee ($460) …. Which does not even add up to what we paid. ($475) I’ve asked him to further explain, as I feel he’s just making numbers up at this point and am waiting to see if he responds. I would NOT recommend using Kool Beans to anyone. I’m giving two stars because the the work that was done was cute and it was delivered on time. Disappointed by the owners attitude and response. The first picture show what $475 got me… the other photos are the reference photos.

  RJ was awesome to work with from Kool Beans! He did a great job. I hired him for my friends bridal shower and the balloon arch was the hit of the party! RJ was great at communicating, delivery and setup. Will definitely use his services again.

  Character was amazing! Have used them twice. Very nice presentation, on time, non threatening...my Granddaughter loved it, age 3...we all did!
