Sarah will double check on the service before starting, which is nice and then ask about wanting to rebook after appointment is done. I appreciate all the work Sarah has done. Answered some of my own questions about how my pup does in the bath and what she does/doesn’t like.

Jessie was so friendly and did a wonderful job and sent updates along the way. The convenience was amazing and knowing my dog wasn’t boarded while waiting for the groomer or to be picked made me think I should have used this service long ago.

I was able to chat with them via telephone and later via text to customize our package. Jonathon was great and spent lots of time and care with his work. We had stopped taking our dog to conventional groomers because he would shake so much and it was traumatizing. We were concerned this might also be too much, but not having other dogs around and the extra care and attention were really helpful. Definitely recommend Kontota mobile grooming service!
