- MMMady MessickJun 30, 20251.0I booked originally on 6/27/25. Received confirmation of the appointment and then morning of, the groomer called in with car issues. They offered a different groomer, I said yes thank you. They followed up again saying actually the van has issues in general so they will have to reschedule me. Keep in mind this is all going on during normal working hours so I’m having to answer their texts in between work meetings. I respond back that the new day and time works, then they respond it’s no longer available. After 2 other reschedules (no male groomer, asked me to have a male groomer) we finally got a new appointment set up. Come Monday 6/30/25, they text me to confirm my appointment i say yes thank you. 20 minutes before the arrival window they text me that the groomer called in sick. I asked for another reschedule and they offered a time that I have an appointment and won’t be available. I let them know and never received a response back. At no point was any sort of discount or service offered and quite frankly it was all very unprofessional. I was bummed because of all the positive reviews, guess I will never know!

The reason for four stars is the texts they send are relentless. You basically have to unsubscribe and resubscribe when ready for the next grooming.
