  This is a pathetic business. They don’t seem to be open ever. If you leave a voicemail you might as well yell at a wall instead because doubtful anyone will call back or even care you called. Hopefully you have 1-2 months to be lied to constantly regarding any requests. 10 plus calls. Actual visit to store just confirmed no one works here. Try to avoid this company specifically at all cost. This is not a business it’s a bunch of slackers. Picture below of the front door 35 mins after they open, completely empty.

  Local techs are great, after that you get apathetic customer support from the main hub folks. Billing? Absolute joke. Ordering supplies? Hope you don't need them in a hurry. Or the correct supplies.
