  I own a busy medical practice in the Jackson area. Copier / fax machine contract in place. Machine was down for over 6 months. My office cannot function without a copy/ fax machine. Requested loaner and local rep, Penny, ignored requests/ emails and never returned my calls to try to rectify the situation for months until I stopped paying my bill due to their breach of contract. They even tried to send me to collections. I had to pay a lawyer to resolve the case. My credit is impeccable. The district manager and corporate business managers wanted me to enter into a new contract to resolve the matter. Yes, a new contract for a new copier. The district manager admitted on emails that the copier sold to me was outdated and could not be serviced anymore. That is KM's fault. Who supplies outdated equipment to customers with a valid service contract? KM stated the contract couldn't be dissolved because I signed it even if they breached it. Laughable! The school system uses this company and I was referred by them. I later found out the service provided to JMCSS is poor as well. The single repair guy for KM states that he is doing the best he can and never fixes anything. I did my own research and found that KM only employs one repair guy and Penny is the only rep for this entire area. That is one of the problems! I had to finally contact DOC Imaging. They not only gave a loaner immediately, but allowed me to delay signing a new contract until this KM situation was resolved. KM is one of the largest Copy Machine companies in the world. Maybe that is too much for a small area like Jackson. Thumbs down for Konica Minolta! I wouldn't purchase a camera battery from them. I have all the documented emails as proof!
