  Mr Rick Buckner did a fantastic job today swapping out my Austin branch KM copier/printer. This man has a skill set beyond what I have never experienced before with other KM techs in my other branches. The swap was smooth with no hiccups.   Rick Buckner is our favorite repair guy. He's friendly & professional. Our copier is quite old, yet he always manages to coax it out of whatever bad mood it's gotten itself into. Hoping Corporate will eventually get us new ones, but Rick will always be "our guy."
