- KKKarenJul 31, 20251.0I have emailed them concerning a late fee charge, bill is due on the 12th I paid on the 16th and got charged $10.00 late fee only 4 days seriously? This is not the 1st time, last time I was 3 days late and was charged, what is your grace period none?? Would be nice if I got an email back.
