- RMRoxanne MooreOct 12, 20251.0I haven't had work done by Lorie, only an interaction. When I called Lorie answered the phone with a basic hello, which threw me off. I asked if he was Lorie with KMS2. He said yes. When I started to inquire about work, he rudely let me know he wasn't able to talk to a family situation and then hung up. My thought was if you can't talk then don't answer the phone. I wouldn't be surprised if I receive an unkind response to this review. I will be taking my items to another company.

Haines is a wizard with sharpening - he gets them cutting like new in no time. Beyond just a sharpen, the variety of knives there is fantastic, from the practical to the downright fancy. It's not just knives, either. They've got all sorts of personal safety gear, like batons and pepper spray. What I really love about KMS2, though, is the vibe. Lori and Haines are super knowledgeable and passionate, making sure you find exactly what you need. For anyone in need of a quality knife or personal security items, KMS2 is the spot.
