  She is very friendly and does a wonderful job with grooming dogs. I think her prices are definitely on the high end and her rates are never the same. One month she will charge X-amount and the next month she might charge $20.00 more or less. The rates are very wishy washy like she just makes them up day by day. We also had a appointment which we showed up for and she explained she overbooked appointments that day and we would need to reschedule. I was fairly upset due to missing work and I drove there from out of town. Overall she does a wonderful job but can improve in scheduling and have set rates.

  Have been going out to the kennel with dogs and cats for over 15 years for boarding and grooming. My dog loved going to daycare 5 days a week! I have also taken feral cats with their kittens for socialization! Sue has helped me to find the perfect homes for them (Sue and Bob have kept a few also)

  My Precious fur baby has been attending Doggy Day Care at Kmetz Hawthorne Kennel for almost 11 years. I have a Standard Poodle which requires lots of grooming and "Aunty Sue" started her at 10 weeks old. She will be 11 in August. Cant imagine anyone else taking care of my furry child. The first time I boarded her there I was worried because she doesn't eat when I am not home. Aunt Sue however, went to the trouble of making her chicken to include in her food. SHE ATE!!!! Sure made me feel better to know that Sue would do whatever it took to take good care of her. We Love Aunt Sue and Hawthorne Kennel!!!
