  This was our first experience at Klili and I cannot express my gratitude to both the father and son. While not our first time buying diamonds, they took the time to educate us in the new technologies in the diamond industry. We received a great price on a fabulous piece. We highly recommend them and will definitely shop with them in the future.

  I called a few times last Thursday with no answer. Do not let this fool you, you will receive a call back if the Richardson store doesn't answer. I received a call back from Magic's son. Ahmed was in FL on business. Yes, he took time out of his day, in another state to call me back! Did not rush through the conversation , also very patient. Fabulous customer service. He was very friendly and advised to stop by. I was nervous to say the least. When I pulled up to the store I stood outside for a few moments. Magic came out to greet me and is one of the most genuine and kindest guys. He took his time going through each piece , walked me through the process, also put each piece through his machines. When I was informed of how much I would get... I cried! I cried again when he said he could fix an old tennis bracelet. Go see these guys! They are the best in DFW!
