  We had our new stove delivered today. Got a phone call this morning giving a 2 hour delivery window. David & Eddie were terrific. Very polite and personable and were very careful so as not to bump into anything when removing the old stove and bringing in the new one! Also, both Will and Nadia at the Emmaus store were very helpful . All reasons why we're longtime customers!

  The receptionist’s behavior was too bad — I asked him, “Is this Kleckner & Sons?” and he just hung up. And right now, I found another company for my appliance reapir.

  We thought we would get better service since this is a smaller place. They never followed up on the installation of our stove top which by the way I hate very much. Also went to their customer service appreciation day which was advertised as free but then they charged me for ice cream and they did not have the food they advertised as well. We won't be going back here.
