Kent went out of his way to help us out of a bad situation left by a previous contractor and everything is working beautifully now. We also had an absurd situation where we thought a high pitched noise was coming from our AC, and he made time on a Saturday to come and address it. It turned out to be one of my kid’s toys with a dying battery making the sound! I was mortified. Kent was very and professional and kind. Thank you again (and sorry! 🫣).
