  If you want hidden charges and gap in between planks, this is the store for you! If you want it down right, go elsewhere! Several planks have gaps. Took a chunk out of my wall and left my house with all the dust and dirt.

  I would highly recommend KJM Floor Store for your flooring needs. I replaced carpet with engineered floors and carpet. Rich helped me pick out the perfect flooring. Everyone's attention to detail and the professionalism in installation was much appreciated. I also used their recommended painter to repaint the unit, and I was very pleased with Cristian's team's work, as well. Everyone wanted to be sure I was super pleased with the results, and I am.

  I have been doing business with KJM Floor Store and Design in Frisco since the 1980's. They have always had a wonderful selection of vintage to modern day high quality carpet to choose from and their installation has been unsurpassed. They are accommodating and professional.   Can't say enough about the quality and workmanship and the professionalism and friendliness of everyone in this store. They were extremely helpful. There were a few issues with the shipping carrier of our carpet (no fault of KJM Floor Store) and KJM worked it all out and gave me and my family and outstanding installation. We could not be more pleased! KJM Floor Store certainly exceeded our expectations.
