- JRJudy RisherSep 10, 20255.0Kitty’s flowers have great customer service, I had flowers sent to my daughter in law for her birthday and accidentally gave them the wrong address ( I didn’t know that at the time) when I called to say the flowers weren’t received, they gladly without asking delivered another arrangement to the correct address without charge, not many businesses would offer to do that anymore, but they were so helpful and courteous I highly recommend them for birthdays, anniversaries, any occasion. And flowers are beautiful!! 5 star service!
