- JBJoseph BurkeMay 17, 20232.0Worked through a contractor for room remodel. He went through Kitchen Creators. I worked directly with this wholesaler to choose cabinet line and associated details. In person, their recommendations and assistance was great. Issues came from ordering, reordering, mistakes on color, portions not ordered as documented, wrong shelves ordered, reordered shelves incorrect, shelf holes manufactured incorrectly (manufacturer's error). Ultimately, mistakes happen. Supply chain delays happen. But if you carry a product line as a wholesaler, stand behind the product, own the mistakes, correct the mistakes...and pay attention to the details. Service was there in the beginning...not in the end. I'll be using the contractor again, but I'll make sure he finds a different cabinet wholesaler to use next time.

My husband and I bought a new house when I was pregnant and wanted to redo the kitchen before moving in and our 2nd child came. Not only did they mess up the color of the cabinets, they had to be sent back and we had to wait another 3 weeks for the correct cabinets to come it. Finally got the cabinets in then some of the doors didn’t match so once again the project was put on hold. Also, I called the rep to talk about my concerns and she never returned my 3 phone calls. I was told by KC that she has “poor cell phone service because she does a lot of traveling”. KC never took ownership for their mistakes. Very very disappointed with the whole service.

Where do I begin to get a cabinet quote?
A simple sketch or floorplan with dimensions of the current and/or proposed layout is the first thing we’ll need to get a design started. Photos of the space are always appreciated, but not necessary.
