  Quality went down. We were huge fans of Kitakata Ramen. Their soup used to be so clean and flavorful, but now it tastes stale and salty without much flavor. The noodle used to be al dante, but now it tastes as if it was just reheated. Chashu used to taste so flavorful with different spices, but now it just tastes salty. I hope the quality comes back because they’re just opening new locations and quality seems to go down with it.

  There’s this really cute handsome server named Jesse who works at this place. I think I may have a huge crush on him.

  -Noodle were good - perfect amount of chewiness. -Kid's meal was a great value - basically a deconstructed version of either shoyu/pork broth ramen with onigiri, edamame, and karage -Tsukemen broth was flavorful and not too salty Can get crowded so add yourself on their waitlist before arriving to minimize your in person wait time

  The food is overrated, nothing special for the price. The waiter was strange—he kept asking how everything was, but with a sad face, which honestly made things awkward. The waitress was even worse. When I wanted to check out, I looked toward the open area and waved. Out of nowhere, she suddenly popped up from my left side and scared the hell out of me.
