How do you handle payments?
Our down payments tend to be a little smaller, just to cover the initial materials cost and the first week of labor but we do then ask for several smaller progress payments.
How soon can you begin work?
We will work with you to accommodate your ideal schedule.
Do you provide receipts?
Yes, in the interest fo full transparency, at the end of the project, we provide all receipts for materials and don't mark them up, passing those savings to you.
Are your estimates flexible?
Yes, we will provide you with an itemized estimate, which is flexible depending on the project schedule and materials budget.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes we do use subcontractors for specialty work, but all subcontractors we work with are people we've worked with for several years and jobs.
