Combine this, with non competitive rates, and you force a long time customer to seek out a new provider. Since my local State Farm office is almost within shouting distance I dropped in to compare rates. I met with Austen Wood to discuss my coverage needs and he made some thoughtful suggestions which I very much appreciated. Being forced to do business on an app or through website can allow things to slip through the cracks. I very much appreciated being able to have a sit down discussion. I reccomend the State Farm Royal Oak location for anyone looking to purchase auto and home coverage.
